Arrowtown Lifestyle Village is a boutique retirement residence set near Arrowtown in the Queenstown Lakes District. The village is independently owned and operated by local families and experienced operators. When complete, the village will be home to 120 two and three-bedroom villas and 50 apartments. The vast majority of villas are free-standing with ample outdoor living space, and all feature double glazing, insulation and covered patios to suit the local climate. The apartments are planned to be built in the heart of the village, connected to the community centre. They will be modern and stylish and will be built over three levels with lift access.

Facilities at the village are first-class. The Residents’ Lodge is the social hub of the community, offering a variety of entertainment and activities, from the residents' club bar to craft sessions and coffee mornings. Facilities available at the interim Residents' lodge include a gym, spa, residents bar, barbeque courtyard, pool table, coffee lounge, community gardens, putting green and petanque. As the village grows, the facilities will be extended to include a heated indoor pool, art studio & workshop, cinema, hair salon, cafe and dining.
