Benefits of serviced apartments

Serviced apartments are designed to be as low maintenance as possible. Please check with the village to see what maintenance is included in your weekly fees and what maintenance may incur additional charges.

Most villages include facilities such as a dining area and a communal lounge, while many offer much more, from indoor swimming pools to hair salons, libraries and communal gardens. Onsite facilities are the perfect place to socialise with like-minded neighbours and participate in group activities.

Most retirement villages have good onsite security, such as monitored security cameras or gated entrances. Serviced apartments often have an added layer of security, as they’re usually located inside the main building of the village. The level of security differs from village to village, so please ask the sales manager for details.

When you live in a serviced apartment, you’ll form great bonds with caregivers, medical professionals, village staff, and fellow residents. People are always close by to brighten up your day and provide a strong sense of companionship and belonging.
