Visit and you’ll feel and immediate sense of how much simpler and easier life could be, with village operations and your exterior home maintenance all taken care of – even your garden too, if you so choose. The focal point of the community will ultimately be the clubhouse and wellbeing centre, plans for which include a kitchen, a bar, a library, craft rooms, a gym, and a swimming pool and spa. For now, a comfortable temporary clubhouse is available and hosts a number of social events, including our weekly happy hour.
Of course, you can get involved in village life as much or as little as you like, and living at Karaka Pines Waihī Beach doesn’t mean disconnecting from the wider community. Many people who live in our villages are closely involved with local sports and social clubs, and some are still working and running businesses.
