Just four apartments per floor means fewer neighbours, larger private decks, and easy access to the heated indoor pool, spa and gym. Apartments come with lift access and remote-entry undercover garaging.
• Serviced apartment: If you need assistance to maintain a level of independence, Aria Bay has 17 one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. The minimum weekly fee includes all electricity and heating, weekly housekeeping, fresh linen and a cooked meal per week. Other care and support services are available on request. You have use of the community’s pool, spa and gym, as well the events and activities programme.
• Care suite: Aria Bay offers rest home, hospital-level or dementia care in beautiful care suites. Each suite has a good size bedroom/living area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette*. A special feature of the care suite lifestyle at Aria Bay is how residents are grouped into households, to create a homely atmosphere and nurture relationships. The wellness team members looking after each household are consistent, so residents get to see the same friendly faces every day.
