Parkwood is a beautiful, low density retirement village in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast. It’s owned by Parkwood Trust, a charitable organisation that “exists not for profit, but for the provision of a quality lifestyle”.
Set among landscaped gardens, trees, and native bush, Parkwood is a picturesque community. There are 209 residential villas throughout the grounds.
