One Bedroom Villas

Ohinemuri is a small village with a sunny elevated position overlooking rural Paeroa. The villas are light and airy with modern finishes.

All of our villas have all been tastefully refurbished. They are one bedroom, open-plan with a modern kitchen, range hood, stove, hob, dishwasher and waste master. There is a heat pump for year-round comfort and smoke alarms. The bathrooms have a convenient wet floor shower. Each villa has its own garden area as well as shared lawns. There is a designated letterbox and parking space for each villa. 

The village has spacious community hall which has a fully equipped communal kitchen, toilets, accessible shower, Sky TV, gym and comfortable lounge and dining furniture. Perfect for events - this space can also be booked by residents for private functions. 

Being a small village, the independent residents can enjoy the benefits of being close to the onsite Care Centre where they can access services such as hairdressing, hot meals, activities, laundry and cleaning if desired.

Situated in the world famous historic town of the L & P, Paeroa is the ‘little town in the middle of everywhere’. Home to the Hauraki Rail trail which has promoted the growth of cafes and restaurants serving every type of local or international dish. The town is renowned for its many antique and second-hand shops. There is fascinating history and beauty in the Karangahake Gorge where the first miners and kauri bushmen worked and resided. The nearby domain is a great place for a stroll with a play area for the young ones and a location for lots of family days and community events. The art gallery and museum are located in the main street displaying new and old art.
