MiLife Kelvin Grove is situated in suburban Palmerston North, perfectly positioned to enjoy both community life and proximity to the city centre. The village is within easy reach of Palmerston’s main shopping areas, as well as the local golf course, bowling alleys and other amenities. Getting around is easy – our mini bus runs regular excursions, and there’s a bus stop right outside the front gate.
We have a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas at affordable levels. Attractive and low-maintenance, they are ideal for couples and singles looking to downsize from their current living arrangements yet still live independently. Our self-contained villas come in a number of different configurations, some with garaging and all with emergency call points meaning help is on hand around the clock if needed.
The village community centre is the social heart of MiLife Kelvin Grove. The centre provides a relaxing place to read, socialise with friends, or enjoy regular Friday night drinks and nibbles. Residents also have access to a hair salon and library. Our active activities programme includes weekly shopping trips in the village van, craft afternoons, cards and guest speakers, as well as more physical pursuits such as exercise classes and our village walking group.
