Summerset by the Ranges is a well-established, beautiful village situated to the southeast of Levin in the heart of Horowhenua. We currently have a range of 2-bedroom villas with study available*.

Framed by the spectacular Tararua Ranges, the village is only a short drive to the Levin town centre. Even with its central location, the village maintains a semi-rural feel, being situated in quiet, relaxing, park-like grounds.

We have more than 200 residents that call Summerset by the Ranges home, in mix of apartments, villas, and memory care suites to support those residents living with dementia*. One of the benefits of living in a Summerset village is knowing that should your needs change, a range of care options are available. Please note that rest home level care and hospital level care in our care centre is not currently available due to refurbishment. Our Memory Care centre is open.
