A serviced apartment at Summerset St Johns provides independent living, with a little help on hand. Sort of like living in a hotel but with friends living next door and down the hallway. We can take care of the cleaning, laundry, medication and meals – giving you the time to focus on the important things.

It gives you the confidence that your level of support can increase if needs change, with rest home care also available (subject to availability). All delivered by our friendly, professional team, so you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands.

These brand-new one and two-bedroom homes are right in the heart of our luxurious village centre, safe and secure within our gated community. They offer light and spacious open-plan living, a kitchenette and a generous master bedroom with a large ensuite. We also have an EV pool car at the village, exclusively for residents to use.
