Situated on the scenic edge of Richmond at 1 Hill Street North, our village offers a lovely relaxed rural feel with views to the Richmond Ranges and the convenience of being just 3.5 kilometres from Richmond’s town centre.
Summerset Richmond Ranges offers a range of modern living options, including two and three-bedroom villas and cottages, one-bedroom serviced apartments, and care rooms in our care centre. We also have one-bedroom apartments in our state-of-the-art memory care centre, specially designed for those living with dementia.
Our serviced apartment is a spacious, purpose-designed home with one bedroom, a large ensuite and generous living area, including kitchenette. You are able to receive a range of care and support in your serviced apartment – including rest home-level care (Care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria).
Our modern, purpose-built care centre offers a range of care services designed to meet the level of care you need up to hospital-level care. Our state-of-the-art memory care centre offers rest home-level dementia care in a purpose-built, safe and homely environment. Each of our spacious modern memory care apartments includes a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a generous lounge for family and friends. Enabling residents continue to lead active and positive lives in a secure setting.
