Burlington's integrated care facility is a state-of-the-art care centre within Burlington Village in Christchurch. The village is located in Redwood, close to the Main North Road and a community shopping centre.
There are 60 rooms within the care home, all of which are substantially larger than average care rooms. The rooms are available in a range of sizes and configurations, and they all come with private outdoor living spaces.
A separate, single-storey, specialised Dementia provides spacious apartment-style units with all rooms leading out to an interactive courtyard and gardens. This facility has been specifically designed in a domestic style to allow residents to live as independently as possible in a secure, dementia friendly environment.
Life at Burlington is comfortable and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. Onsite facilities include a restaurant and hairdressing salon. Dedicated activities staff arrange a full calendar of social events for residents to enjoy.
