Summerset's continuum of care means that should your needs change, we can provide rest home-level care in your serviced apartment or up to hospital-level care in our care centre (subject to availability) from our caring and dedicated team.

The village centre at Summerset on Cavendish offers recreational facilities and social spaces such as a Divine Café, lounges and residents’ bar and indoor swimming pool and spa. Outside of the village centre the are communal vegetable gardens, a residents’ workshop, BBQ facilities and a bowling green for residents to enjoy.
