You’ll find the amenities at Peninsula Club are second to none. Village features include a competition standard bowling green, indoor heated swimming pool, petanque court, putting green, well-stocked library, caravan and boat storage and communal vegetable gardens. We’re big on social activities and clubs, run exercise classes, and are home to an active University of the Third Age group.

Living options at Peninsula Club include villas, townhouses and apartments. Our villas come in one, two and three bedroom configurations, some with a separate study, and are designed to maximise natural light. Most of our villas include parking, with either a garage or car space, and a private outdoor area and garden. Our one and two bedroom apartments are contemporary, with well-equipped kitchens and quality fittings. The village is pet friendly and secure, with a neighbourhood watch culture, on-site manager and security patrols.

We’ll make sure you always feel right at home at Peninsula Club. For more information, please make an enquiry.

Yes, friends and family are welcome to stay.
What does the entry fee cover? ×

What are the residents rights if the village got into financial difficulty? ×
The Statutory Supervisor for Peninsula Club is Corporate Trust Limited. The statutory supervisor also ensures the operator of the village acts in accordance with the Disclosure Statement and the village is run in a financially responsible manner.
What happens if there is a delay in sale? ×
If the property has not been sold within three months the village is required to let the resident (or enduring power of attorney) know in writing and provide monthly reports until it is sold. These reports will contain what steps the village is taking to market the property and the progress being made. If the property has not been sold after six months then the village (at their expense) must obtain a written valuation by an independent registered valuer. The resident is welcome to have their own valuation completed (at their cost) with a registered valuer. The village is then required to market the property according to the valuations completed. If the property has not been sold after nine months then the resident has the option to raise a dispute notice in accordance with the occupation right agreement.
