• Regency Park Estate is located in friendly Rotorua, just minutes from the lakefront. There’s a shopping centre right across the road, and a medical centre with a pharmacy nearby. The village is also handy for Rotorua’s fantastic outdoor activities: hot pools, walking tracks, and boating and fishing on our stunning lake.

    You can own your own home at Regency Park Estate, without the worries of maintenance.     What do resident fees cover? ×
    The weekly fee covers the day-to-day operation of the village such as lawn & garden maintenance, rubbish collection, rates, insurance etc.
    When leaving the village, what is the process for units being sold? ×
    The resident is responsible for the sales & marketing of the unit. The unit must be sold to a new resident that meets the normal entry criteria for the village. The resident can appoint a real estate agent (at the resident’s cost) to assist with the marketing & sale of the unit. Alternatively the resident may ask the Operator for assistance with the marketing and sale of the unit. There is a flat fee of $6,000.00 + gst for the Operator to market and sell the unit on the residents behalf.
