We have new 2 and 3 bedroom villas available now. Each villa is beautifully designed and has been built to a high quality. For more information make an enquiry.
Manadon Masonic Village was initially developed by the Taranaki Masonic Trust which has recently merged with The Masonic Villages Trust which has villages across the southern North Island, including six villages in Taranaki. .
The village is within walking distance to Back Beach and a Countdown Supermarket and just a short drive to the city for all other shopping & service needs. The village itself is set on an elevated site with views of beautiful Mount Taranaki.
Once completed, Manadon Village will have seven 3-bedroom and 32 2-bedroom villas. The 3-bedroom villas have the option of the third bedroom being an extended living area. All villas include double glazed windows, a heat pump and an installed dishwasher. Some have a conservatory.
Like all of the Trust’s villages, Manadon is a quality retirement community with a culture that reflects the wishes of the residents. Because the Trust's villages are smaller than those provided by commercial operators, residents maintain their individuality, while also enjoying the friendly village atmosphere. Because the Trust is a non-profit organisation with a charitable ethic, any financial surpluses are reinvested in facilities and services that benefit residents..
