Silverstream villas are a little different to most retirement village homes. Firstly because of the size - at 120-130sqm they are larger than the majority of retirement village units. They feel even larger because of the high vaulted ceilings and overheight doors throughout.

Spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living areas open out onto private patios - often north-facing attracting all day sun. If the sun isn't out, on those colder winter days - the houses are still warmm - all with heat pumps, and some with gas fires and under-floor heating.
