Built on Arvida’s trusted Living Well philosophy, the new Care Centre brings together personalised care, strong connection and thoughtful design to create a place that truly feels like home.
Care Suites Designed for Comfort and Choice
Residents can choose from a range of Care Suites to suit different needs and preferences, from Classic and Premium through to more spacious Deluxe and Deluxe Plus options, including suites designed for couples. Each suite offers greater privacy and a homelike feel, with added space and comfort built in for everyday peace of mind.
For those needing specialised dementia care, a dedicated and secure wing provides enhanced safety, support and reassurance within the familiar Bethlehem Shores community.

As part of Arvida’s network of Living Well Communities, the Care Centre supports residents to thrive through five key pillars: eating well, moving well, resting well, thinking well, and engaging well.
