Full Campaign

Email campaign: One email campaign will be sent to Village Guide's subscriber list.
This will be sent to the regional segment of where the village is located.

Leaderboard ad: One leaderboard ad will be included in an email sent to Village Guide’s full subscriber list.

Social promotion (organic): One post promoting the village will be shared on Village Guide's Facebook channel.

Social promotion (sponsored): One sponsored ad promoting the village will be run on Village Guide’s Facebook channel.
Half Campaign
-
Email campaign: One email campaign will be sent to Village Guide's subscriber list.
This will be sent to the regional segment of where the village is located.

Social promotion (organic): One post promoting the village will be shared on Village Guide's facebook channel.

Booking and Payment
-
Village promotional bookings must be made at least 10 business days prior to the desired campaign start date.

An invoice will be raised upon receipt of the campaign assets.

Email Campaign
Asset Submission

Upon booking, the client will be provided with a copy of the email template and confirmation of what assets are required.

The Village Guide team will liaise directly with the client to confirm a scheduled delivery date for the email.

All necessary assets for the email campaign, including subject lines, email content, and images,
must be submitted at least five business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Failure to submit assets by the deadline may result in a delay of the email campaign or an inability
to guarantee another delivery date.
Content Review and Approval

Upon receiving the initial email draft, the client will have one business day to review and provide feedback.

Any subsequent edits must happen within 24 hours of the first draft being received.

Any additional drafts sent to the client must be reviewed promptly within the same working day.
-
Final approval must be given within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Failure to work within these timeframes may result in the email not being sent.

eDM Leaderboard
Asset Submission

eDM leaderboard creative must be submitted at least three business days prior to the scheduled
delivery date. Specs for the creative are 600w x 300h and cannot be greater than 1MB. This can be
in jpeg, gif or png format.

Failure to submit creative by the deadline may result in the inability to guarantee the delivery
date. We cannot guarantee another date for delivery if late assets mean the original date is missed.

Facebook campaigns

Village Guide will manage and optimise the sponsored Facebook ad.
-
The sponsored ad is designed to drive traffic to the landing page hosted on Village Guide and
optimised to deliver enquiries.

Images used in the sponsored activity will be taken from your Village Guide listing.

Village Guide reserves the right to make slight edits to the listing copy to optimise for
Facebook placement.

Village Guide will monitor and respond to any comments made on sponsored ads. We will refer to
the client for feedback if required.

Village Guide is not liable or responsible for any changes to the platform or policies made by Meta.

Delivery and Reporting

Assuming all assets have been provided on time, Village Guide will deliver the email campaign and
eDM leaderboard on the agreed-upon dates.

Village Guide will provide the client with a campaign report within seven working days of the
campaign being completed.

The report will include metrics such as impressions, pageviews and enquiries.

Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations must be made in writing at least five business days prior to the campaign start date.
-
Cancellations made within three business days of the start date will incur a
50% cancellation fee.
-
Cancellations made on or after the campaign has started will incur a
100% cancellation fee.

Liability
-
The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content included within each asset
related to the campaign. This includes email copy as well as copy on the relevant village and/or
home for sale profile pages. Village Guide will not be held liable for any errors in copy that have
been approved or added directly by the client.
