Our weekly fee is fixed from the day you move in and covers rates, house insurance, and all exterior maintenance including window washing, gardening, rubbish removal.

Our serviced apartments offer you the best of both worlds, freedom to come and go as you please, peace of mind knowing a nurse is on site 24 hours a day seven days a week and a wide range of services depending upon your needs. The weekly fee for apartments is dependent upon the services required.
