Email Campaign: One email campaign will be sent to Village Guide's subscriber list,
specifically targeting the regional segment where the village is located.

Leaderboard Ad: One leaderboard ad will be featured in an email sent to Village
Guide's subscriber list.

Social Promotion (Sponsored): One sponsored ad promoting the Home for sale will
run on Village Guide's Facebook channel.

Premium-Sized Tile: The Home for Sale listing tile will be upgraded from standard
to Premium size for a 5-week period.
-
Top of Search Results: The Home for Sale listing will be displayed at the top of
search results for a 5-week period.
Boost - 3-Week Campaign

Email Campaign: One email campaign will be sent to Village Guide's subscriber list, specifically targeting the regional segment where the village is located.

Premium-Sized Tile: The Home for Sale listing tile will be upgraded from standard to Premium size for a 3-week period.

Top of Search Results: The Home for Sale listing will be displayed at the top of search results for a 3-week period.

Booking and Payment
-
Bookings for Home for Sale promotions must be made at least 10 business days prior to the desired campaign start date.

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of the campaign assets.

Email Campaign
-
The email campaign will utilise Village Guide's Home for Sale email template. Images and content
will be directly sourced from the client's Home for Sale landing page. Due to this, a draft email
will not be sent for client approval. Therefore, it is crucial that the landing page for the Home
for Sale being promoted is up-to-date and accurate.

The Village Guide team will schedule the email delivery date within the campaign period.

eDM Leaderboard
Asset Submission

The eDM leaderboard creative must be submitted at least three business days before the scheduled
delivery date. Specs for the creative are 600w x 300h and cannot be greater than 1MB.
This can be in jpeg, gif or png format.

Failure to submit the creative by the deadline may result in the inability to guarantee the
delivery date. We cannot guarantee another delivery date if late assets cause the original
date to be missed.

Facebook campaigns

Village Guide will manage and optimise the sponsored Facebook ad.
-
The sponsored ad is designed to drive traffic to the landing page hosted on Village Guide and
optimised to deliver enquiries.

Images used in the sponsored activity will be taken from your Village Guide listing.

Village Guide reserves the right to make slight edits to the listing copy to optimise for
Facebook placement.

Village Guide will monitor and respond to any comments made on sponsored ads. We will refer to the
client for feedback if required.

Delivery and Reporting

Village Guide will deliver a campaign report to the client within seven working days of
the campaign's completion.

The report will include metrics such as impressions, pageviews, photoviews and enquiries.
7
Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations must be made in writing at least five business days before the
campaign start date.
-
Cancellations made within three business days of the start date will incur a
50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on or after the campaign's commencement will incur a
100% cancellation fee.

Liability

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content included within each campaign
asset. It is essential that the landing page of the Home for Sale being promoted is well-written
and up-to-date, as the email campaign and Facebook promotions will directly use images and copy
from this page. Village Guide will not be held liable for any errors in copy that have been
approved or added directly by the client to the Home for sale landing page.
