1Booking and Payment

All email campaign bookings must be made at least 10 business days prior to the desired delivery date.

An invoice will be raised upon receipt of the campaign assets.

Asset Submission

All necessary assets for the email campaign, including subject lines, email content, and images,
must be submitted at least five business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Failure to submit assets by the deadline may result in a delay of the email campaign or an
inability to guarantee the delivery date.

Content Review and Approval

Upon receiving the initial email draft, the client will have one business day to review and provide
feedback.

Any subsequent edits must happen within 24 hours of the first draft being received.

Any additional drafts sent to the client must be reviewed promptly within the same working day.

Final approval must be given within 48 hours of scheduled delivery time.

Delivery and Reporting

Village Guide will deliver the email campaign on the agreed-upon date.

Village Guide will provide the client with a campaign report within seven working days of the email
being delivered.

The report will include metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and enquiries (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least five business days prior to the
scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations made within three business days of the scheduled delivery date
will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on (or after) the scheduled delivery date will incur a 100%
cancellation fee.

If assets have been received and an initial draft has been sent to the client, the invoice will
be charged in full even if the email does not end up being sent.

Liability

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content included within the email
campaign. Village Guide will not be held liable for any errors in copy that have been approved
by the client.
