We offer everything from hairdressing to podiatry, dental and SKY TV. We have a range of recreational activities including board games, happy hour, gardening, crafts, indoor bowls and cooking. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES

Villa J is located on private village grounds, has a light and spacious interior, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Villa has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and heatpump for winter comfort. The 2-bedroom space provides pleasant living. The Villa also has newly installed carpet.

WEEKLY OUTGOINGS

The weekly village outgoing fee is $ 120.00 (charged monthly), This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
