Part of the close-knit Balclutha community, Clutha Views is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, just a hop, skip and jump from the Balclutha shopping centre, where you’ll find all the essentials including a bank and pharmacy.

We offer everything from hairdressing to speech therapy, physiotherapy and SKY TV. We have a range of recreational activities including happy hour, board games, gardening, crafts and indoor bowls. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings.

Villa 3 is located on private village grounds, has a light and spacious interior, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Villa has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and heatpump for winter comfort. The 2-bedroom space provides pleasant living. The Villa also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe.

WEEKLY OUTGOINGS

The weekly village outgoing fee is $ 94.00 (charged monthly), This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
