Carter House makes it easy with Village, rest home, hospital, and dementia care when it comes to everyday life. The well-appointed rooms all look out onto sheltered courtyards or landscaped gardens and come complete with a 24-hour call system, WiFi and ensuites. Part of the close-knit Te Puke community, Carter House is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, just a hop, skip and jump from the Te Puke shopping centre, where you'll find all the essentials, including a bank and pharmacy. We offer everything from podiatry to hairdressing, speech therapy, physiotherapy and SKY TV. In addition, we have a range of recreational activities, including happy hour, board games, cooking, crafts and indoor bowls. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES

Unit 18G is located on private village grounds, has a friendly community, and peace of mind maintenance service. The Unit has a full kitchen, combined bathroom, laundry and heat pump for winter comfort. The 2-bedroom space provides a pleasant living. The Unit also has external ramps - providing assistive access.

WEEKLY OUTGOINGS

The weekly Village outgoing fee is $ 465.00 (charged monthly). This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
