Rest Home Care
Sometimes referred to as care homes. Resthome living is residential care in a dedicated facility from trained caregivers and registered nurses. Rest homes provide 24-hour care to those who are no longer able to live independently.
Accommodation can range from private and en-suite rooms to care apartments, and may include amenities such as a hospital bed. Units are generally furnished, although residents can bring personal items and often limited furniture, such as an armchair. Residents are provided with meals and other services, such as cleaning and laundry. All rest homes are audited and certified by law.
