The premium residences at Fairview Lifestyle Village have always been in demand. We offer a range of spacious two and three-bedroom villas, with garages, private gardens and North-facing living areas. There’s also a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments in the main lodge. All our residences are fitted with 24-hour emergency alarms, and there is a qualified nurse on hand around the clock. If you need assistance with housekeeping or other tasks, a support package can be tailored to your needs. Fairview Lifestyle Village also has a 47-bed care facility and private hospital on site, which residents have priority access to, subject to availability. This facility offers respite, rest home, day care and hospital-level care with private en-suite rooms.
