There are two main accommodation types at Summerset in the Vines: one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom villas. The apartments come with open-plan living areas and modern kitchens, and the spacious, bright two-bedroom villas include outdoor spaces with the option to bring pets.

Like all Summerset locations, there’s no shortage of things to do around the village. There’s a resident’s workshop, a bar, library, piano, bowling green, café, indoor spa pool, hair salon, and courtesy van for outings. Additionally, there are regular events and planned activities to create a full social calendar for residents.
